Audrey Halpern, MD, is board certified in Headache Medicine by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties and board certified in Neurology by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons in Neurology. Dr. Halpern practices concierge-style medicine, providing patients with prompt, personalized service in her Midtown office. Dr. Halpern, who is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the New York University School of Medicine, diagnoses and evaluates a variety of neurological disorders, including headache, dizziness, numbness and tingling, back pain, neck pain, facial pain, pinched nerves, neuropathy, seizures, and other conditions.

Dr. Halpern is putting her expert knowledge of neurology and headache Medicine to work treating numerous patients suffering from chronic migraines and other headache disorders. With a belief in a combination of treatments for migraines—such as behavior modification, conventional medication, and holistic approaches—Dr. Halpern offers unique, advanced methods for treating and preventing migraines.

Yoni Dokko, MD is an attentive and detail-oriented general neurologist specializing in EMG and nerve conduction studies and serving patients in New York, NY. She treats a number of conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, lumbar and cervical radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy, seizures, headaches, migraines, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Dokko is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Neurology. She received her degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her residency and EMG fellowship at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine/University Hospitals in Cleveland. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Dokko is affiliated with Mount Sinai Saint Luke’s Hospital Center.

Dr. Dokko grew up in Pittsburgh before moving to the New York area with her family. She is currently practicing in midtown at The Manhattan Center For Headache & Neurology.

Dr. Avinash Kaur is an attending neurologist at The Manhattan Center for Headache & Neurology. She received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Marian University. Shortly after, Dr. Kaur completed her neurology residency at the University of Indiana.

Dr. Kaur treats a variety of neurological disorders including nerve inflammation, chronic migraines, cluster headaches, radial nerve palsy, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, lumbar and cervical radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy, seizures, headaches, and migraines, among others. Dr. Kaur sees patients for general consultations, follow up appointments, IV therapy, and pain relieving injections. Dr. Avinash Kaur loves treating her patients and offers a multifaceted approach to patient care.

Roxanne Singer is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive demonstrated expertise providing patient-centered care for medical and psychiatric co-morbidities including diagnostic assessments, pharmacotherapy, executing interventions and follow-ups throughout the life-span. Roxanne obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Master of Psychiatric Mental Health from The University of South Carolina. Roxanne has a dual certification and treats both psychiatric and medical populations. She obtained her Master of Nursing Degree from Duke University. Jordan Shankle, a board certified Physician Assistant, is excited to join the practice and is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their healthcare goals. As part of Manhattan Center for Headache and Neurology, she is mentored by Audrey Halpern, MD, to diagnose and provide treatment options for a variety of neurological disorders.

Jordan completed her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Studies and a Minor in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. After completing her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Stony Brook University, she proudly joined the U.S Navy. During her career as a Naval Lieutenant, she provided exceptional health care at Stateside Naval Hospitals and during overseas operations. She specializes in Family Medicine, Urgent Care and Combat Medicine. During her military service she has been awarded the esteemed Navy Commendation Medal, Fleet Marine Force Officer Medal and Humanitarian Award.

Jordan enjoys developing satisfactory patient rapport and has a deep commitment to providing efficient, high-quality, personalized care. She closely follows Dr. Halpern’s model of concierge-style medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is an avid volunteer for the American Red Cross.
